Favorite Cooking Tool : Mandoline

Today I wanted to share with you on my favorite kitchen utensils… a mandoline! About a year about I was wandering through Crate and Barrel peaking all their wall of kitchen gadgets. My mother-in-law recently purchased and mandoline and loved it so much I decided to purchase one. I decided on a tiny OXO brand. It has now become a kitchen must have! I use it several times a week. It slices veggies, and just about anything you can think of, paper thin.
