Supplies

Directions

1. Download the banners and print them out on colored cardstock.
2. Cut out the heart shapes. Glue one heart in the center of a 8.5″ x 11″ sheet of contrasting cardstock. Press down to make sure it’s adhered and smooth out any winkles.
3. Cut the bottom of the paper to look like a flag. Use a hole punch to make two small holes on either corner of the top. Tie string to either end and trim the tails. Now it’s ready for your valentine!
