I think I first had Brie cheese when I was about 5 years old. And from what my parents say, it was love at first bite. So it’s no surprise that one of my favorite and ridiculously easy hors d’oeuvres to make have brie cheese in them.
If you’re a fan of baked brie, these you’re going to love these baked brie bites. They have a very similar flavor but only take 15 minutes to make and are the perfect finger food for a party.
Baked Brie Bites
Ingredients
Filo shells / brie cheese / assortment of jams and chutney
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the frozen filo shells on a baking sheet.
- Fill each shell with a small piece of brie cheese and top with 1 tsp on jam or chutney. Bake for 10 minutes and serve immediately.
I used an assortment of orange marmalade, onion chutney and raspberry preserves but you can use any spread you like.
