Stylish Unique Home Office

I absolutely love stumbling upon a new blog, it’s like Christmas to me. This week I found Caroline Armelle Drake’s blog, Armelle the blog. I spent a while exploring her posts and was amazed at each click! Caroline is a jewelry designer who creates lovely pieces and also has a stunning home! I couldn’t resist sharing photos of her home office. Isn’t the wallpaper and color palette great?

Orange Fall Inspired Art

It’s getting colder so here’s a little fall inspired art. Are you decorating your home for Thanksgiving? You don’t have to stop at the wreath on the door or pumpkins on the dining room table. I love the thought of being able to decorate your home for the season with some great affordable art. Above are a few of my favorites.

New Font by Ale Paul

One on my favorite contemporary typographers, Ale Paul, recently released a new typeface that I’m swooning over. It’s called Brownstone and is a monoline sans-serif font that Ale himself says, “reflects the old-meets-new aesthetic of DIY craft culture.” Oh and did I mention the frames available within this font family? See below.

Embroidery Hoop Wall Art

This week I’m loving embroidery hoop art. Who knew a sewing tool could become such great wall art?  I’m thinking this might be exactly what my living room needs… how cool would it be to have 5 or so hoops of various size clustered together. If you are feeling crafty, this would be a great weekend project. If you’re feeling a little less inspired, above are my favorites that are for sale.
