Red, Pink and Mint Green Color Palette

I am absolutely loving today’s color palette! I am a huge fan of patterned fabric. I realized how much I heart prints this weekend. When I returned home after shopping I emptied the shopping bag on the bed and every single item was a floral pattern. So naturally I adore the image above. I like the use of florals and geometric shapes as they create a visual rhythm that’s just lovely.

Pink and Black Wedding Inspiration Board

I created this wedding board for my friend Ellie. She’s sweet and spunky and loves pink and black. She’s been ring shopping with her beau, so the big question is coming soon! I’m so excited for her and I can’t wait to help her plan her big day. I feel like pink and black can be done so many ways. In the board above, I’m picturing this color palette used with a DIY, craft touch. Happy Wedding Wednesday!

Colorful Diamond Rings

I was recently thinking about the “right hand ring” trend. The idea that you wear a ring on your right hand, that’s as equally stunning as your engagement or wedding band. I partnered with ShopNBC and found some  lovely diamond rings that would make great right hand rings. I particularly liked the ones that featured colored diamonds. Who knew diamonds came in such an array of colors. I rounded up my favorite picks above. Which one is your favorite? I’m loving the pear-shaped pale pink one.

Stylish iPad 2 Cases

So did you get your hands on the iPad 2? If so, here are some stylish cases that may appeal to us ladies. Most of the cases above some in several color or pattern combinations. The Pixel Skin HD wrap is similar to Apple’s Smart Cover. It will wake up the iPad when you peel back the cover. If you prefer to use your iPad naked (that is without a case), the A-line bag is great when you need to travel because it has room for the charger and your other apple mobile devices.

And, yes, guys, most are also available is some more manly colors too.

2. Agenda Case by booq.

summer lingers

It may be cooling off where you are, but here in central Florida summer is still in full effect. I’m in the mood to sew something today so I browsed through Built by Wendy‘s lovely patterns. While there, I found a few great dresses and skirts that would be perfect for this warm, humid weather. A lot are on sale too!
