Last Thursday I hosted another Meet + Make! It was a ton of fun and a big part of it’s success is due to the awesome sponsors we had. They each contributed awesome items to fill the swag bags or make the event details just so great. If you attended the event and absolutely loved the items you received in your swag bag or enjoyed at the workshop here are our awesome sponsors with links directly to their shops.
Each attendee got a pack of three bright pink task pads from Poppin. I use mine daily and thought the attendees would love them as much as I do! They help make my daily to-do list a bit more manageable and way cuter too!
The lovely Orlando based Gather & Dwell supplied this delicious “I Love You More Than Ice Cream” cards. Don’t you just want to eat ice cream, like, right now? They are known for pairing gorgeous photography with clever text to create beautiful stationery, calendars and more.
Every party needs some great party details and the cheery goods shown above were supplied by Sweet Estelle’s Bake Shop. Each attendee took home a cute little ice cream cone cookie cutter. I used mini clothespins clipped to the yellow gift tags as name tags and used the yellow baker’s twine to tie the wooden spoons to the mason jars. And of course, we had to have yellow striped paper straws for our sodas too.
This Meet + Make I wanted to change up the way I serve the sweets. Ball provided these 8 oz. Ball mason jars which were perfect for making layered cupcakes-in-a-jar. Don’t you just love the metallic blue lids?
I can’t get enough of these gold foil chevron gift tags by Jenny Bevlin. Who doesn’t love pretty paper that’s adorned with gold foil? Each attendee got a pack of 10 tags that are perfect for any occasion. Jenny also sells adorable custom gold foil stationery too.
I’m such a big fan of Thatch & Thistle Supply Co. They sell the cutest goods for making packages look oh-so-stunning (think tags, twine, garland, and washi tape) and gave each attendee a pack of mini heart stickers.
If you’re wondering how on earth I cut out all those paper shapes, I’ll let you in on my little secret: I used my Silhouette Cameo! Since we were creating paper collages on wood panels, it was a huge part of making that happen. Silhouette provided cutting blades and their new light hold cutting mats to help make the job much easier and make each cut nice and clean.
The last item in each swag bag was one of these bright handmade sunglass cases by Lima Green Designs. They are just perfect for protecting your summer sunnies and the bright prints make them easy to spot in your bag. Lima Green Designs also sells handmade bow ties, hair ties, and throw pillows.
If you attended last week’s Meet + Make, don’t forgot to give the sponsors some love! Share a photo of your favorite item from your swag bag with #meetandmake and don’t forgot to tag the sponsor.
Such fun! I wish I had a West Elm nearby… I’d love attending or hosting an event like this.
