This past weekend I, along with three of my close friends, had the honor of hosting a baby shower for a dear friend. Rather than go crazy and make everything match like some of the showers I’ve spotted on Pinterest, we kept the decor simple and focused on having a big spread of brunch food. Our friend’s nursery is a jungle theme so I re-created the cute animals from the bedding she got and made a couple banners to match the decor.
We welcomed guests with this little “welcome” banner that we hung on the front door. I just loved the way it popped against our bright teal doors! We hung the Oh Baby! banner above the sideboard in my dining room, which doubled as a welcome station and yogurt bar.
All you need to do is download, print and cut the banners. Add holes with a small hole punch (I used this 1/8″ punch) on the top corners of each banner piece and then thread them through some cute twine.

Here’s a peek at the other side of the dining room. I pushed our large dining room table against the wall and covered it with kraft paper and some gray and white polka dot paper I picked up at Home Goods. The awesome tassel garlands are from The Flair Exchange. They are a custom color kit, but here’s a kit in a similar color palette.

Adorable banner! I love that aside from the cute banners the decor was minimal so you could focus on the delicious-looking food!
Thanks once again for sharing your printables – they are really appreciated
I really appreciate your effort and I love the welcome and oh baby banners. Thanks for sharing! :)
