Love Biscoff cookies? Then you’ll love to make a cookie butter milkshake.

I’m spending the week in Georgia with my mom at our second annual girls trip. We’re at the same ranch again riding all day, eating good food and drinking lots of wine. You can follow along on my horsey adventure via Instagram!

This may be one of the best and easiest desserts I’ve ever made. Just a few ingredients and a blender and in know time you’ll be sipping those delicious ginger-snap-like cookies. This shake is inspired by my mother-in-law, who got my hooked on Biscoff cookies. Last week I stumbled upon Biscoff spread while in Aldi of all places. I love the cookies so I thought I had to try the cookie butter.

If you can’t find Biscoff spread, and you’re lucky enough to have a Trader Joe’s in your town, you can use their yummy cookie butter.

To make one shake (you can easily double this to make 2 shakes if you want to share):

• 2 scoops of low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
• Around 1/2 cup skim milk
• 2 heaping spoonfuls of Biscoff spread or Trader Joe’s cookie butter
• Whipped cream (optional)
• Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Blend the first three ingredients in a blender until completely mixed and smooth. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle ground cinnamon. Enjoy!

  1. This looks heavenly! I saw that you were in my hometown of Decatur. I’ll be up there next weekend and I can’t wait. This looks so yummy. I can’t wait to give it a try.

  2. Did you find the Biscoff spread in a Central FL Aldi’s? If so, which one was it? I live in the area, but the Aldi’s I went to didn’t have it.
