Colorful Modern Quilt Block Sewing Labels

We collaborated with Then Came June to create a vibrant collection of quilt inspired sewing labels!

Five packages of neon pink sewing labels and a stack of neon solid fabrics are on top of a bright colored quilt.

I’m so excited to share our newest sewing label multipack with you today! It’s a collaboration between myself and the colorful, modern quilt pattern company, Then Came June! Meghan, the designer behind the brand, and I met earlier this year in a business mentorship group and we instantly connected! We both love all things textiles, sewing, and color so the idea of a collaboration instantly popped into my head. Also I just have to mention that having June in their name also felt extra serendipitous as my daughter’s name is June!

The results? Our most vibrant label multipack yet! Each pack of Then Came June x Sarah Hearts labels features 8 labels, 2 of each of the 4 quilt block inspired designs.

Our Then Came June x Sarah Hearts labels feature four of Meghan’s favorite quilt blocks: Meadowland block, Everett Star block, Star Adventure block and Goldie block.

Colorful rectangular shaped sewing labels with geometric quilt blocks on them are laying on a solid white background.

Five modern quilts are stacked on top of each other and only the corner is showing. Each corner has a woven label sewn into the binding.

As soon as I sent Meghan the samples she pulled matching fabric and started piecing a new quilt! You can see all the details of her label inspired quilt over on her blog post.

They are obviously a perfect match for quilts! Just insert a label into the biding before stitching.

A neon yellow crocheted garment has a copper and pink quilt star label sewn into the back.

Yet they are equally perfect for garments, too. I added the star label onto my most recent crocheted tank to not only help me identify which side is the back but also to add a fun pop of color to the inside. Because you know I’m all about celebrating the small details in life!

Packages of the Then Came June quilt block sewing labels are resting on top of a yellow quilt with black and white binding along its edges.

They would also be right at home sewing into a seam of a bag. The possibilities of these colorful cuties is endless! We cannot wait to see how you create with them and how they inspire you.
