Comfort Shoes for Chronic Foot Pain

Here are my favorite stylish, comfort sneakers, sandals, flats and boots.

Comfort Shoes for Chronic Foot Pain by Sarah Hearts

A couple weeks ago I shared my story about how I deal with my chronic foot pain so today I wanted to share the shoes I actually own that I’ve found to be the most comfortable. I’ve tried several shoes over the past couple of years and these are my favorite finds. Not only are they comfortable but they are also kinda stylish (minus the running shoes and slippers haha)!

1. Clarks Indigo Valley Moon Flats (I love wearing these with mint skinny jeans) / 2. Born Ibis Oxfords / 3. Clarks Indigo Plush Rosie (hands down, my favorite flats ever and this color goes with everything) / 4. Ecco Breeze Cross Strap Sandal (The insole is removable and fits custom orthotics) / 5. Ecco Sculptured Sign T-Strap Sandal / 6. Clarks Indigo Plush Dot (I have them in gold, too) / 7. Brooks Addiction 10 (The best running shoes I’ve ever owned. I wear these to the gym and have an older pair I wear when gardening and at the barn) / 8. Orthaheel Nell Tall Boots (all Orthaheel shoes are so supportive) / 9. Orthaheel Relax Slippers (I wear these all the time when I’m home since being barefoot is very uncomfortable. They are as supportive as my custom orthotics!)

  1. Trauma, disease and injuries are the most likely causes of foot pain. Poor biomechanical alignment and the type of footwear can also cause pain or discomfort. Shoes that fit tight or are tied too tightly can cause pain on the top of the foot. High heels can cause pain around the ball of your foot just below your toes.-“‘-
