Grapefruit Mint Granita Punch
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients: 4 cups grapefruit juice / 1/2 cup ginger ale / 4 tablespoons mint simple syrup / 1-1/2 cups Smirnoff Ruby Red Grapefruit / honey / sanding sugar / grapefruit wedges + fresh mint for garnish
Supplies: ice cube tray / small glasses / cocktail spoons
Step 1: Pour grapefruit juice into ice cube trays and freeze until solid or overnight.
Step 2: Meanwhile, pour honey in a shallow dish and sanding sugar in another. Dip the rim of each glass in honey and then in the sanding sugar. Shake off the excess and allow it to dry.
Step 3: Once the juice is frozen, place the ice cubes in a blender. Add the ginger ale and mint simple syrup and blend until smooth. Pour in Smirnoff and pulse a few times until mixed together. Divide the mixture evenly between four small cocktail glasses.
Step 4: Garnish each glass with a fresh grapefruit wedge and fresh mint. Serve with a small spoon and cheers!

Yum! And refreshing! Love the tip about the honey around the rim. Makes the sugar stick perfectly.
