Last Thursday I hosted my last Meet + Make of 2014 and I have to say it was my favorite one to date. We stenciled and painted porcelain serving platters while enjoying Christmas cookies and spiked eggnog. Sounds pretty perfect, huh?
Each Meet + Make several small businesses and crafty ladies contribute goods for the attendee swag bags. If you came to the workshop it definitely felt like Christmas because the bags were over flowing with goodies. If you were unable to attend, here’s a peek at what was in the bags and a little info about each sponsor.
The Roc Shop gave everyone one of these beautiful gold painted laser cut wood ornaments. They also make laser cut cake toppers and swizzle sticks that would be perfect for your wedding, birthday party or just because.
Baking is Our Jam gave everyone a pack of red sprinkles, or jimmies, for their holiday baking. They are Orlando locals who also sell holiday cupcake liners that are perfect for making your Christmas cupcakes a little Christmas-y.
Lima Green Designs, another Orlando based shop, offers tons of handmade (and often hand sewn) goods including these adorable fabric bunting gift tags. They also make throw pillow covers, cute clutches and more that would make great gifts.
The Flair Exchange gave everyone one of their DIY tassel garland kits. This local shop has everything you need to take your party to the next level including boutique balloons (think pop, fizz, clink), confetti, and custom tassel garland kits.
Fellow DIY blogger, Oleander + Palm, gave everyone one of her festive geometric art prints. Be sure to check out her blog for tons of great holiday inspiration with a modern, California flair.
Print Stitch & Paste helped everyone make their snail mail a little happier with these beautiful notecards. If you’re in need of some last minute gifts, their monogram journals and stationery gift sets would make paper lover’s heart flutter.
Everyone got to take home one of these adorable yarn tassel keychains by Dilly Dally by Sara Stoff. Sara makes the comfiest and prettiest knitted scarves around. And at such a great price, they make the perfect Christmas gift. You’ll just want to get an extra one for yourself.
These inspiring art prints are hand lettered by Studio 404 Design, a local paper shop that sells holiday cards, art prints, and more. They also have a great blog that’s loaded with great design inspiration.
And the icing on the cake (if I do say so myself!) is this Meet + Make exclusive holiday art print that I gave to each attendee. A little retro holiday flair for your gallery wall.
