We’re heading to Chicago in the morning and I couldn’t be more excited to see the city and experience real fall weather—this ninety degree October weather isn’t cutting it. Here are a few of my favorite projects from this week that all feature warm fall hues mixed with natural materials.
1. This DIY wood ring box made from a salt cellar is so clever. It would make for a gorgeous presentation for a sparkly gift this holiday season.
2. These copper and gold leaf branches are so easy to make and would make great fall decor. They would mix perfectly with my painted branches too!
3. This hairpin leg planter doubles as a side table and is the perfect mix of rustic and mid-century.
4. These stamped leather cheese markers would make any cheese plate holiday party ready.
I’m also loving:
This loft update. Isn’t the deep blue paneled wall a-maz-ing?
Loving this bold half painted interior door.
And for your sweet tooth: nutella creme brûlée, pumpkin chai lattes, and cardamom orange shortbread.
Thanks for the shout out, Sarah! Hope you have a good time in Chicago.
These are all so great! I love the simplicity of the sticks.
That ring box and those sticks are so awesome! Thanks for including our loft in your round up! I hope you have the best time in Chicago :)

Love love love that beautiful planter table!
