Happy Friday!
This week felt long and slow. Anyone else? While last week was insanely productive for me this week wasn’t to say the least. Third trimester exhaustion has struct and I can barely stay awake to write an email let alone shoot and make new content. But if you’re not in your third trimester (or if you are and have way more energy than me) here are some projects to try this weekend.
This week I’m loving
- Giant tassel wall hanging. Because tassels are the new pom poms, right?
- DIY house door mat. This would make such a cute housewarming gift.
- Colorful mini chairs for kids. I want some in adult size!
- A papel picado garland made from paper plates. Is there anything you can’t make out of basic white paper plates? Hint, you can make baskets.
Last Minute Things for Mom
Mugs and tumblers made from kids artwork.
Pretty floral wooden hangers.
Cute little mini bouquets for all your mom friends.
Free printable gift tags and cards.
P.S.
LA friends: Next Friday, May 18th Rachel of The Crafted Life is hosting a book release party! I’ll be there and you should too.
