HAPPY DECEMBER!
And hello to you! It’s wild to think that 2021 is coming to a close, don’t you think? What. A. Year.
With nearly two years of pandemic life have behind, I opted to bring a little joy to this month’s wallpaper. A simple geometric design inspired by traditional quilting patterns. After doing so much quilting last month to make these DIY quilted stockings, I had quilting on my mind when it came time to illustrate the December wallpaper.

I love the quilting inspiration! It definitely brings a cozy vibe, perfect for December. This reminds me of a project I did where I needed to extract the audio from a video of my grandmother explaining a quilt pattern. It was surprisingly easy – I used a video to audio converter right in my browser. It saved me so much time!
I love the quilt inspiration! It’s such a cozy, nostalgic feeling for December. Speaking of projects, I’m planning on making some homemade gifts this year and needed to convert a recipe from metric. I used kilograms to stones the other day for a baking project – super helpful!
