- Patterned cardstock
- White cardstock, 3 pieces
- Glue stick
- Chipboard letters or stickers
- Washi tape or other paper craft embellishments – Sarah’s friend Amy Tangerine makes really cute ones!
Draw or trace a stencil of a flower shape onto the patterned cardstock and cut it out.
Fold 3 pieces of white cardstock in half. Trace the flower pattern so that it is along the folded edge. Repeat with all pieces and cut them out so that they are equal in size and shape.
Assemble the card by gluing the folded flower shapes on top of each other to create an accordion with the patterned piece on top.
Fold up the card and trim around the edges to even them out as needed.
Decorate the cover and inside pages as desired with circular photos, chipboard letters, stickers, stamps or washi tape! Include a personal message to your mom.
Fold it up and place it in an envelope for a sweet homemade Mother’s Day card that will surely bring back memories!
