This summer I shared a simple way to make a cute bunting using washi tape and paper bags. I loved it so much I decided to make a Halloween version and share a little video tutorial too. I used washi tape to decorate the bags but the possibilities are seriously endless! This bunting would be perfect for holidays, birthdays, and even weddings (I’m thinking dessert tables and photo booth backdrops).
